The Slack integration gives you two powerful ways to work with Janet AI:1. Collect Bug Reports & Feature Requests: Slack Workspace Members and customers can use slash commands to submit bug reports and feature requests that are automatically processed by Janet AI2. Chat with Janet AI in Slack: Use all of Janet AI’s chat capabilities (create tickets, search, update, comment) directly from Slack threads
Navigate to Integrations → Slack to install the Janet AI Slack app to your Slack workspace. Janet AI analyzes each submission and automatically creates and updates tickets in your selected projects.
Workspace members use these commands to submit reports:/bug-report: Submit a bug report with description/feature-request: Submit a feature request with descriptionJanet AI processes each submission and creates a ticket linked to the Slack message.
Use all of Janet AI Chat’s capabilities directly from Slack by @mentioning the bot in any thread. Ask in natural language to create tickets, update existing ones, search your backlog, leave comments, and more, all without leaving Slack.
When you chat with Janet AI in Slack, each thread becomes a chat session that syncs with your Janet AI chat history. Sessions are labeled “Slack Thread” followed by the first message, and context is maintained across the entire thread.
