Collecting Issue Reports
Navigate to Integrations → Slack to install the Janet AI Slack app. Janet AI analyzes each submission and automatically creates tickets in your selected projects. All reports — from slash commands and emoji reactions — are aggregated on the Reports page, where you can track status and reply to reporters.Emoji Reactions
React to any Slack message with a configured emoji to instantly create a ticket — no commands or forms needed. Navigate to Integrations → Slack → Emoji Reaction Rules to configure:- Emoji — Which emoji triggers ticket creation (e.g.,
:ticket:,:red_circle:,:large_blue_circle:) - Project — Which project the ticket is created in
- Column — Which column to place the ticket in (defaults to the first column if unset)
- Reactor scope — Controls who can trigger ticket creation by reacting:
- Org members only — Only your internal team can react to create tickets, regardless of who sent the original message
- Anyone — External connections (including customers) can react to their own messages to create tickets, without your team needing to be in the loop
