Step 1: Create an Organization
Your organization is the top-level container for all your projects and team members.- Open the organization selector dropdown from the dashboard’s left sidebar
- Click Create New Organization
- Invite members from the Organization Settings page

Step 2: Create a Project
Projects help you organize tickets by product, team, or initiative.- Navigate to the Projects page from the dashboard’s left sidebar
- Click Create
- Invite members from the Project Settings page

Step 3: Create and View Tickets
You are now ready to create your first ticket!Creating Tickets
- Click + from the header of either project view
- Enter ticket details, priority, and assignee
- Save and let Janet AI manage it automatically
