Step 1: Create an Organization

Your organization is the top-level container for all your projects and team members.
  1. Open the organization selector dropdown from the dashboard’s left sidebar
  2. Click Create New Organization
  3. Invite members from the Organization Settings page

Step 2: Create a Project

Projects help you organize tickets by product, team, or initiative.
  1. Navigate to the Projects page from the dashboard’s left sidebar
  2. Click Create
  3. Invite members from the Project Settings page

Step 3: Create and View Tickets

You are now ready to create your first ticket!

Creating Tickets

  1. Click + from the header of either project view
  2. Enter ticket details, priority, and assignee
  3. Save and let Janet AI manage it automatically
