Setup

Navigate to Integrations → Messages (SMS) to get started. Enter your phone number, review and accept the SMS Service Terms & Conditions, then click Connect. Connect Phone Number You will receive a welcome text message confirming your setup. Simply reply to start chatting with Janet AI.

Opt-In/Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the Janet AI number. This automatically removes your phone number from the integration. If you’ve previously opted out and want to reconnect, register your phone number again through the integration page, then text START to resume service.
