The Reports page centralizes bug reports and feature requests from Slack and Discord, automatically linking them to tickets. View pending reports, track related ticket status, and reply to reporters directly.

Submitting Reports

Slack: React with a configured emoji, or use /bug-report and /feature-request slash commands. See Emoji Reaction Rules for setup. Discord: Use /bug-report or /feature-request slash commands. When a report is submitted, Janet AI automatically creates a linked ticket or connects the report to an existing one. The report appears on the Reports page where your team can track progress and respond.

Replying to Reporters

Click a pending report to open the reply modal. If related tickets are resolved, Janet AI generates a suggested response. Review it, customize if needed, and send — the reply goes directly to the reporter on their original platform.
