Connect

Authorize Janet AI to access your Google Drive files

Browse

View your Drive documents in a searchable list

Select Document

Click a document to open it and view its content

Choose Projects

Select which projects Janet AI should search for existing tickets and create new tickets in

Process Document

Click “Process Document” to trigger AI analysis

AI Analysis

Janet AI reads the document to identify:
  • Product requirements
  • Feature specifications
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Technical implementation details
  • Action items and tasks

Ticket Operations

Based on the analysis, Janet AI:
  • Creates tickets for each requirement or feature
  • Updates existing tickets with new information from the doc
  • Links tickets to the source document
  • Assigns tickets to your selected projects

Document Processing

When you open a document in Janet AI, you can:
  • View the full document content (text extracted from Google Docs and PDFs)
  • See all related tickets that were created from this document
  • See extracted images from the document with AI-generated descriptions
  • Manually trigger ticket creation or updates by processing the document
