Define quality standards for tickets with a custom rubric. Janet AI evaluates each ticket against your rubric and displays results in the ticket’s Details sidebar. Access This Feature: Access this feature by navigating to your Project Board, clicking the Gear icon at the top right to access Project Settings, selecting the Configure tab, then adding a Ticket Rubric. How it works:
  • Write criteria for what makes a high-quality ticket (up to 1000 characters)
  • Janet AI evaluates each ticket and provides feedback
  • View evaluation results directly on the ticket page
Example rubric: “Tickets must always have a description. If the ticket describes a bug, the description must explicitly include steps to reproduce.” This helps maintain ticket quality and ensures your team has the context they need to work effectively.
