Configure tags that Janet AI automatically applies to tickets when they’re created or updated. Access This Feature: Access this feature by navigating to your Project Board, clicking the Gear icon at the top right to access Project Settings, and selecting the Configure tab. How it works:
  • Define tag names and descriptions for when they should be applied
  • Janet AI analyzes ticket content and automatically adds matching tags
  • Auto-tags won’t overwrite tags you manually add to tickets
Example use cases:
  • Tag “Frontend” for UI-related issues
  • Tag team member names for tickets needing their expertise (e.g., “John Doe” for performance issues)
  • Tag customer names for issues reported by specific clients (e.g., “Acme Corp”)
Auto-tagging saves time and ensures consistent ticket organization across your project.
