Customize your Kanban board columns to match your team’s workflow. Access This Feature: Access this feature by navigating to your Project Board, clicking the Gear icon at the top right to access Project Settings, and selecting the Configure tab. What you can do:
  • Add, edit, and delete columns with custom names
  • Drag to reorder columns to match your workflow progression
  • Mark columns as “Resolved” to automatically track completed work
Each column represents a status in your workflow (e.g., “To Do,” “In Progress,” “In Review,” “Done”). Customize them to reflect exactly how your team works.
