Stay on top of your team’s progress with automated daily digest emails. Janet AI intelligently clusters related issues, summarizes key updates, and sends you a concise report in your Janet AI Inbox and email with everything you need to know about your projects.

Getting Started

To configure your daily digest settings, click your Profile at the bottom left, then navigate to Account → Notifications. You can customize multiple types of reports to receive exactly the information you need:

Available Report Types

Created TicketsSummary of tickets created in the last X days
Moved TicketsSummary of tickets moved in the last X days
Resolved TicketsTickets resolved in the last X days
Upcoming Due DatesTickets due in the next X days
Overdue TicketsUnresolved tickets that were due in the last X days
Non-Resolved TicketsTickets still pending resolution

Configuration Options

For each report type, you can:
  • Enable/Disable Delivery Channels: Toggle between Janet AI Inbox and Email delivery
  • Configure Report Settings: Click “Configure” to customize:
    • Time period (e.g., last 24h, last 7 days)
    • Specific projects to include
    • Frequency of delivery (Mon, Fri, Sun, etc.)
    • Additional filters based on report type

Report Format

Daily digest reports are structured with intelligent clustering based on similar topics and features. Each report includes short bullet points written by Janet AI summarizing the key updates, along with direct links to tickets referenced in the report.
