Getting Started
To configure your daily digest settings, click your Profile at the bottom left, then navigate to Account → Notifications. You can customize multiple types of reports to receive exactly the information you need:Available Report Types
| Created Tickets | Summary of tickets created in the last X days |
| Moved Tickets | Summary of tickets moved in the last X days |
| Resolved Tickets | Tickets resolved in the last X days |
| Upcoming Due Dates | Tickets due in the next X days |
| Overdue Tickets | Unresolved tickets that were due in the last X days |
| Non-Resolved Tickets | Tickets still pending resolution |
Configuration Options
For each report type, you can:- Enable/Disable Delivery Channels: Toggle between Janet AI Inbox and Email delivery
- Configure Report Settings: Click “Configure” to customize:
- Time period (e.g., last 24h, last 7 days)
- Specific projects to include
- Frequency of delivery (Mon, Fri, Sun, etc.)
- Additional filters based on report type
